Trinity Advisory Group was founded December 17, 2002, by Phillip L Moran, Sr. The company
was formed for the dual purpose of 1) assisting young professionals and small business owners
in their efforts to build tax free retirement income and 2) assisting those who are entering their
retirement years in finding resources that will produce a sustainable stream of income,
minimize downside risk and offer potential growth. This is accomplished without our clients
giving up control of their principal funds. Our work starts by listening to our potential clients so
that we know their goals and objectives. We research a variety of financial resources in order to
find the strategy that fits the client’s needs. And finally, we are careful to educate our clients as
to how recommended products will meet their needs as they explained them to us.

Phillip Moran has been in the industry of financial services for fifty years. He is licensed in
Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan and Ohio. While Phillip has trained and is mentor to several
financial service representatives, his focus is on meeting the needs of each client.

When not working, Phil enjoys spending time with his wife, reading a good book, loving
grandchildren, watching football and basketball, dining out and an occasional movie.
